Encapsulation

Encapsulation is a technique in which unpalatable powders or liquids are enclosed in gelatine capsule shells, allowing it to be taken with ease. At Pharmacon, we employ state-of-the-art cGMP compliant equipment to achieve high-efficiency outputs. Our equipment is also PICS compliant, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency and high-quality products.

Hard-shelled Capsules

Hard-shelled capsules are generally made with gelatine and contains dry, powdered or miniature pellet contents. This type of capsule consists of 2 parts, i.e. a body and a cap with a locking mechanism to ensure no leakage of contents after encapsulation.
